Know what is covered.

Our limited manufacturing-defect warranty explains eligibility, exclusions, and the simplest way to start a claim.

Limited Warranty – Up to 60 Days

Mr Fix It provides a limited manufacturing-defect warranty for eligible replacement screens and tempered-glass screen protectors, for up to 60 days from delivery. There is no lifetime warranty.

What may be covered?

Qualifying defects in materials or function present under normal intended use, subject to inspection and the conditions below. A warranty claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

What is excluded?

  • Cracked or broken glass, pressure damage, liquid damage, and physical impact.
  • Torn, folded, cut, or damaged flex cables and connector damage.
  • Damage caused during installation, removal, incorrect repair procedures, or misuse.
  • Altered or removed supplier identification stickers or labels where required to assess a claim.
  • Problems caused by incompatibility or faults elsewhere in the device, rather than the supplied part.

Test before final installation

Where practical, connect and test replacement screens before applying adhesive or completing installation. Do not proceed with installation if the part appears faulty. See our Screen Testing Guide.

Making a claim

Contact us through our Contact page with the order number, product, description of the fault and clear photos or video. Do not send a part back before receiving return instructions. We may require inspection of the original item to verify a manufacturing defect.

Resolution

For eligible claims, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund. Any legally required consumer remedies remain unaffected.

This warranty applies to purchases from Mr Fix It; customers do not need to contact our suppliers. Warranty decisions are governed by these terms and applicable law, rather than by the separate policies of an upstream supplier.
