We work to get replacement parts and screen protectors to customers efficiently. Exact shipping services, prices, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available.
Processing
Orders may need time for handling and fulfillment before carrier collection. Processing and transit time are separate. We do not guarantee same-day dispatch or a particular dispatch cutoff.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances. Please check your shipping choice at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment information will be provided through the order notification or account.
Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges are presented during checkout. We do not currently advertise a universal free-shipping threshold or guaranteed overnight service.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address and contact information before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an order needs an address correction; changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
Damage or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue.
